I like the 2nd add w/ the gal at the window. I think you should take a new self portrait, I like the top 2 a lot. :)

Hi Joe...I like #2. And I agree with anonymous I think a new self portrait would be good to consider having done. And I know you may kill me for it... but the colored collars seem to compete against the main photo....top two images of you working look great.

I love number two as well, and something else also competes with the overall picture in number 1 besides your collar. It's all I see in the middle of the pic!
