Before and After
I am happy to be an artist. Sometimes, while working on images, I achieve a result that was better than I even imagined it to be in my head. This was the case with this image of the little girl lying on the bed. The moment was spontaneous, but in that instant I saw her face lit up with expression and very little else. So that is what I sought to show in the final image. Have a blast in Photoshop and be don't worry - be happy.

Stunning.

beautiful. that expression on her face is just wonderful, and your 'touches' make the magic of it pop out.

I actually like the before shot quite a bit better. It's funny how everyone sees things differently... :-)

I totally prefer the original shot, you have a story going on there, the soft morning light is already fabulous, the way it was cropped and the pink gress and classic pinstripe blue shirt opitimize girl /boy hopes and dreams...when you photoshop you loose all that...sometimes it's best to leave it alone!
I am also concerned with how these uber photoshopped shots will print...
this one could look dull and muddy

Just a feeling I get when I look at the "after", but my very first response was "The Grudge" and the kid in that movie .....
My preference is "before" and those nice warm skin tones....
