Ever since you posted this almost a year ago, I have been stuck on this concept of not getting lost in the "work" aspects of photography. I spend so much time shooting for work's sake and spend so very little time building up my photo library of the images and memories that are truly important to me. Last weekend I was able to make a couple of photographs of my dad (in a very informal setting) - they are images I'll treasure.

By the way -- I'm missing your daily posts. Are you on sabbatical? Don't leave us wanting more! :)
