Dancin' Time
After we've all eaten so much at Christmas, it's time to get up and move around a bit. Most people will start to get back into the gym in January. Might I suggest an alternative. Try dancing. I love dancing, and this video made me smile. You burn tons of calories dancing...my problem is adding them back on in drinks while I'm dancing. OK so it's a wash. Have fun today! I'm going dancing...
