RUSH at Summerfest

Last night I spent the evening with my oldest friend, Paul. He's actually a year younger than me, but I've known him the longest of all my friends. I'm photographing his wedding today in Milwaukee. Last night we saw my favorite drummer (Neil Peart of Rush) at my favorite music festival (Summerfest). Have a great weekend! Rock on!

That's awesome that you had the chance to hang out with an old friend and see Rush in the same night. When I was in high school, I hand a shirt that said Neil Peart for President (in case that didn’t give it away I played drums in the high school band). He is my favorite drummer too.

Last time me and my oldest friend got together we only got to watch a DVD of a Rush concert -- I'm jealous!

What an honour to photograph one of your closest friends. It's more like you're photographing a family member & not a friend when you've known then that long.

And... That is so AWESOME that you saw Neil Pert & Rush in concert!!!!! Back when I had my band, N.P. was a HUGE inspiration to me & was one of the biggest reasons that I became a professional drummer back in the day.

I'm very eager to see your photos from the wedding & have a super weekend - cheers!
